Last updated: October 22, 2026
If something went wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern about this website or about a provider you were connected with through it.
Complaints about this website or our service
Use the contact form and write "Complaint" in the message. Include the date, the city, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge complaints within a few business days and tell you what we will do about them.
Complaints about a provider
Kitchen Remodel Thousand Oaks doesn't perform the work, so disputes about pricing, workmanship, scheduling, or damage are between you and the provider, under your agreement with it. We still want to hear about it:
- Contact the provider first. Put your concern in writing and keep copies of estimates, contracts, invoices, photos, and messages.
- Tell us. Let us know which provider it was and what happened. We may stop sending requests to providers who don't treat homeowners fairly.
- Use official channels if needed.
- Contractor licensing: the California Contractors State License Board accepts complaints about contractors at cslb.ca.gov.
- Consumer protection: the California Department of Consumer Affairs and your county District Attorney's office provide consumer complaint resources.
- Emergencies: for anything unsafe, call 911 or your utility.
